Following redundancy in 2011 from her role as a Commercial Property Lawyer, Lisa Richardson set up Spotless Interiors and now 9 years on, we have Spotless Commercial and Spotless Interiors running alongside each other.

1. You.  Exploration, self analysis, as a result of rejection. 
2. Have a plan b 'small b' only.
3. The reality check on now.  Being business realistic.
4. Your circle but also your square.  Not everyone of your friends and family are going to support you.  However, tapping into these close contacts should be a first point of call.
5. Clear on your own way of working/ethos.
6. Walk and look up.  Looking for opportunities that come your way, even in areas you do not expect.
