Until Gaslighting Does Us Apart.

In episode 2 we introduce the topic of gaslighting. We describe what it is, what it sounds like, why people tend to gaslight others & the stages of gaslighting. We use popular movies and shows to help place the concept in the real world as well as suggest a few ways to help victims of gaslighting. As always it important to let you know we're not licensed therapists, but we do conduct this research in the hopes of helping anyone who may need it.
