When They Say the Word ’Conservative’ 9/6

When a redcoat says the word 'conservative,'  you know they are about to pull a fast one.  That is what has been happening with that $1.5 billion in savings.  Now, WYDOT says they don't have enough money.  Maybe they do, maybe they don't but the redcoats could have solved the road problem easily.
