There are still really cheap things to buy out there, and even though sentiment is probably as low as it gets, there is also a very sweet divergence going on in these thing's favors on top of it all.  It's going to suck, you're going to feel really dirty, but rest assured there are a lot of great fundamentals in your corner.  And if it doesn't feel dirty -- are you really buying things when they're cheap in the first place?
