It's the late 1990's (or early 2000's if ya nasty), and for some reason, things are suddenly... different. Your regular western cartoons have given way to.. other cartoons. Cartoons from... JAPAN!?!? That's right, Best Buds, this week on The Best Boys, Best Boys Dan and Justin have undertaken one of the greatest challenges of their anime careers, covering the history of the phenomenon known as Toonami. Of course, this project is too complex to be tackled in just one episode, so this week they're bringing you part one: The Rise of Toonami!
