Market Close 19 Oct 21: Market faded from this morning‘s three-week high

The Australian sharemarket ran out of steam in the final hour of trade, with the ASX 200 slipping by 0.08%. The market briefly hit a three-week high and was on a four-day winning streak for most of the session. Mining stocks fell heavily.
