Questions about why Jesus rebuked the disciples in Mark 13 for not understanding his parable and whether using circumstances to determine right and wrong is moral relativism.

• If God is responsible for enlightening us as to his teachings, why did Jesus rebuke his disciples in Mark 4:13 for not understanding his parable?
• Since all have different backgrounds and are in different situations, if circumstances determine right and wrong, doesn’t that lead to moral relativism in practice?
