Mid-Session 12 Dec 16: Energy stocks soar after non-OPEC members agree to production cuts

The ASX 200 has kicked off the week in positive territory with the ASX 200 up 20 points or 0.4%. The energy sector is rallying 2.8% after non-OPEC members agreed to cut oil production.
