Leeds City Council leader Judith Blake: business rates should ”address everybody’s needs”

Leeds city council leader Judith Blake has responded to the southern "consternation" over changes to business rates revaluation with the message: "Let's get real". Speaking at the Northern Powerhouse Conference 2017 she said: "Let's look at the whole country and make sure we address everybody's needs."
