Road Rage and Connection to Each Other. A Tribute to Michael Brown

In this episode I share the heart wrenching reality of losing a family member to a road rage incident. Michael and I explore reasons behind why these incidences are becoming more and more common. We delve into human connection and the lack there of, and what to do about it. We share tools on how to calm our minds down, how to focus on connecting with another person and how to learn to deal with the big emotions that cause such harmful incidences. I get real, I express the many emotions this events has brought up for me in the hopes that I can help prevent someone else from experiencing this.
