Morning Report 2 Nov 21: Positive start seen for ASX as investors look for clarity from RBA

The Australian sharemarket is set for a flat start to trade on Tuesday as investors look ahead to the policy announcement from the RBA this afternoon for clarity on interest rate settings. US stocks hit fresh record highs overnight led higher by technology names.
