Lisa Damla is a Fitness Coach from Toronto, Canada with a BioMed Science BA. She specializes in HIIT-style training, emphasizing form, and especially loves to focus on core. She currently runs private training sessions out of a studio downtown Toronto, teaches Bootcamps at SWEAT & TONIC, and also provides virtual training and bootcamps. Her hobbies include being outdoors in nature, loves animals, staying social, and is a huge foodie. She is part of a family of six, grew up in the United States of America, and is half Austrian and Armenian.
