HANDS DOWN: a 50/50 Work- Life Balance is impossible in any Career or Business. However, if you really want this Career or Business it's most likely a passion, your purpose, and thus should ideally also provide energy to you. In order for that to happen you really need to create a balance to your work life in order to unplug and gain new inspiration, relax and recharge. 
Work- Life -is a circle! If you experience stress at work = stress in private life. If you experience stress in your private life = it will cause stress at work.  However, if you are happy in private life that will most definitely fuel your  work. You see how this circle goes?
