On this episode, Justin Rader talks about growing up training martial arts and wrestling and how he developed a lot of very important values early on that set the stage for him to one day become a world champion. Justin talks about his matches with Rafa and Cobrinha over the years, the development of his signature moves and some of his most satisfying moments along his journey. Professor Rader recently opened his first martial arts academy in Edmond, Oklahoma, Legacy Martial Arts.
