Megan is high energy and a highly motivated person and has always been focused on helping students. From higher education to running a college recruitment program, she’s always loved the “a-ha moment” when working with students-when it all comes together. She talks about interviewing 300 students a year and how a “Thank You Note” is still an important way to stand out after an interview.
