Truth in Advertising

The Joint Judiciary Committee seems to think that our state statutes and Constitution have old and antiquated language that needs to be updated to be more modern.  In this episode I discuss the hate crime bills that were defeated this past week.  Also, a State Senator hasn't been telling you the truth about his record on guns.  Who would have guessed that?
