The chameleon effect is essentially a group of tactics you can use in the hiring process to identify characteristics and attributes that you have in common with potential employers (both individually as well as corporately) without changing who you are and keeping your integrity. I repeat, this is not code-switching! Recently, there's been some changes to the hiring process and spectrum of employment opportunities within the past couple of years. I recently made a significant job transition, and I discuss some tips that I learned along the way.
