The September edition of Ladies Knight features legendary Grandmaster and seven-time US Women’s Champion Irina Krush. Irina and Jennifer talk about Irina’s coaching philosophy and her recent learning experiences at camps with Kramnik and Polgar. They also touch on Irina’s battle with COVID-19, which was featured this Spring in the New York Times. Despite her struggles with the “longhaul”, Irina has much wisdom on what the lockdown period has taught her about self-development and perspective. Irina also gives some great tips for improvement at all ages. Spoiler alert: get off your computer and read a book!
