The freedom to own your story – without shame or regret

First of all, let me just say that YOU have an amazing story: one filled with hope, courage, tenacity and depth. But, often we don't see our stories that way. Instead we feel regret, guilt and shame over things we wish we could change. But, what if we were able to own our entire story without a tinge of regret or guilt? A lot of us don’t even think that’s possible, but I’m here to tell you, IT IS. In this episode I offer an alternative view to our journeys where there is no before and after – just one singular story filled with beauty and grace the entire way through.
