This week we celebrate Palm Sunday, the beginning of Holy Week. We will explore equanimity, as one of the attributes of an awakened being, and of ourselves when we are aware of and present.

Holy Week is one of letting go, letting be, and letting grow. Let’s explore within ourselves what new life and possibility is seeking to awaken and arise!
