Activational Meditation

Many of us have been reading Scripture or listening to sermons on Scripture for years and we are frustrated that we do not see more change. So, how do you maximize the transforming impact of Scripture? Through meditation; the fundamental Christian practice. In this session you are going to learn an effective method for meditation and practice it on a passage. The regular practice of activational meditation should unleash the power of God’s words and dramatically impact your life in time.  In summary, you will learn to absorb the passage, observe your feelings, commit to the truth, commit to follow and spend time being receptive.
