Traveling the world gave me the ability to empathize and it changed my life.

Just get it done, do the thing and be gentle with yourself in the process.
Being average was uncomfortable but perfect was unbearable!
Stop listening to everyone else - if it’s not working for you or you don’t like it, don’t do it!
Studying people is an excellent form of education.
Celebration always starts internally and then I share it externally.
Being witnessed in your winning allows others to believe in what’s possible.
