We had a WONDERFUL Show today talking and sharing with everyone in the chat and on the call-in panel. We feel the need to remind everyone that the Suicide Hotline is 9-8-8!!! The up and coming Holiday Season can be a hard time for people around us. Be aware of people, if someone looks troubled and or downhearted ask if they are Okay!!! Now days we are seeing a lot of people that are dealing with depression, reach out to them. Just a kind word can help, extend that hand of kindness, let them know they are NOT alone, BE A FRIEND!!! It costs us NOTHING to be a Kindhearted person to those in need. Have a GREAT Week, visit us tomorrow!! Later...
