This is the second of a three part series on the power of teamwork as a competitive advantage. Taking a cue from Patrick Lencioni, the "teamwork trifecta" is a three legged stool that provides a roadmap for how to build cohesive and effective teams. The key insight is this: different people have different gifts, and this has two implications for leaders who want to build strong teams: 1. you want each individual to leverage their unique strengths; and 2. you want each team to have a good balance of complementary strengths.
