An Aviation Ombudsman

ABC Regional Radio's Jonathon Kendall asked James Nixon if Australia needs an Aviation Ombudsman, as suggested by the Labor Government.  James does not wish to reward bad behaviour by the players, but cautions against killing the goose that laid the golden-egg.
