Bold and the Beautiful sees Taylor Hayes (Rebecca Budig) is set to be heartbroken as Ridge Forrester (Thorsten Kaye) decides to call off their engagement after a life-altering experience in Italy. Ridge, along with Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Eric Forrester (John McCook), will be heading to Naples, where an accident is expected to change Ridge's perspective on his relationship with Taylor. Also joining them in this Italian adventure is Nick Marone (Jack Wagner), despite Ridge's objections on the CBS soap opera.

Bold and the Beautiful hints at an event that will lead Ridge to end his engagement with Taylor. A leaked image from the set reveals a scene of Ridge jumping into the water, indicating a possible rescue scene. The writers have been dropping flashbacks of Brooke in a boat, suggesting a recreation of that moment when Brooke falls overboard, leading to Ridge's heroic act.

B&B sees that back in LA, Taylor's future seems uncertain. One possible storyline suggests a romance with Bill Spencer (Don Diamont), despite their tumultuous history. Alternatively, Taylor may leave LA, as she's done in the past. The showrunners could be planning to write her off, coinciding with the anniversary of Rebecca Budig's debut as Taylor. 

Bold and Beautiful sees Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will be affected by her mother's heartbreak. The upcoming episodes will reveal if Taylor remains in LA, plotting against Ridge and Brooke, or if she will leave town for good.
