The Stand Series #5

The helmet of our salvation.  There are two purposes:  protection and identification.  It identifies who you are as a daughter or son of the Lord Jesus Christ. If you don’t know Him personally it doesn’t do any good to put the armor on.  If you do, then stop and thank God for your salvation.  All the promises of God are ours:  1) He will deliver us from fear. Psalm 34:4.  2) He will never leave you. Matthew 28:20.  3) He will guide us. Proverbs 3:5-6.  4) He will forgive you.  1 John 1:9.  Listen and you will hear about peace and rest and the benefits.  If you don’t know scripture, you can’t battle the enemy.
