His career, spanning over 15 years, has involved working at the director, VP, and C-Suite levels before creating Lateral Solutions and serving in similar roles as a Consultant and Fractional COO. Jon has a proven track record of delivering tactical and strategic solutions to growing startups, small businesses, and nonprofits.
