📖 Scripture: Mark 7:14-23

1. The heart is a mega factory of sins. 
2. We cannot blame others for our own sins. 
3. God holds us responsible for our own sins. 

💪 Application:
1. Do not let the seed of sin germinate, take root, and grow.
2. Kill sin before it kills you. 
3. Depend on the power of the Holy Spirit.

How do Jesus' teachings about sin help us take responsibility for our own sins?

🙏 Prayer:
LORD God, please make me sensitive to my own sins. Give me the courage to apologize when I am wrong, and grant me a humble heart. I ask the Holy Spirit to mortify the sins in my body. Do not let the seed of sin germinate, take root, and grow. Destroy my sin while it is still young, and do not let it grow and become a beast within me. I trust that the Holy Spirit will invade my entire being. Let Jesus rule over me. I submit myself to You. In Jesus' name, amen!
