US Mid-Session 16 Dec 15: Oil rally leading stock markets higher ahead of the FED

World oil prices rallied on Tuesday, but prices gains were subdued. The global oil supply glut continued to dominates sentiment. Brent crude rose by US59c to US$38.51 a barrel. US Nymex rose by US$1.04 or 2.9% to US$37.35 a barrel.
