Dr. Ketakandriana Rafitoson is the Global Executive Director of “Publish What You Pay” and the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Transparency International. She previously served as the Executive Director of Transparency International - Initiative in Madagascar, the country she calls home, where her strong leadership foundation was established. Dr. Rafitoson’s approach is anchored in faith, humility, and courage, fueled by her passion for social justice and a commitment to constant learning.
