A Lesson on ”Creating New Relationships with Those Who Have Passed on”

Today marks the five year anniversary of my Dad passing, and in honor of that, I decided to record an episode on grief, what I've learned from this life changing experience so far, and how to create a new relationship with those who have left us too soon. While none of us are getting out of here alive, the passing of a loved one is still to me, one of the most challenging aspects of life. I can honestly say that I am just as close, if not closer to my Dad since he has left this physical world, and while it is certainly not the same, it is a great solution that keeps my soul alive. My hope is that after listening, you can create your own practice to reconnect with those who have passed on. They are very much still with us, we just have to open up our hearts to receive them.
