Welcome to Part 2 of this study of 2 Cor 10 where Paul is defending his authority. Last week we covered verses 1-9. Today we’ll finish up with verses 10-18. We’re going to find that the situation in the Corinthian church had forced Paul to set aside his conviction about boasting in order to save the church from ruin. By touting his credentials—credentials the Corinthians should have recognized in the first place—Paul hoped to discredit the false teachers who had infiltrated the church.
