Wake Up TriCounties Andrew Dwyer Christmas In The Parks

Kewanee Parks will be lit up this Sunday, December 5th as the annual Lighted Christmas Parade will lead revelers to Windmont Park where the bridge and path will be illuminated for the holidays. And as Windmont Park lights up, so will Northeast Park light up for folks to drive thru and enjoy the sights and sounds of Christmas, many of which were crafted by the talented inmates at the Kewanee Life Skills Re-Entry Center. Andrew Dwyer, Kewanee Park District Director spoke to WKEI on Wednesday about lighting up the Parks for the holidays, vandals who tried to ruin the holiday fun at Northeast Park, and what is to come next year in Kewanee Parks.
