Why I Take a Break, and you should as well

Sometimes, when we love what we do, it's hard to pull away from work long enough to take a holiday. However, breaks are a necessary part of great leadership. When we break with intention, we set the stage for resting, recharging, and rejuvenating. It's the combination of the three R's that tune our minds so that we can rock at work.
