001 Rejection Brought Me Here

Rejection! It has not been easy to deal with rejection, but through the years, rejection and I have become friends. And now, I embrace it!

During this episode I discuss how rejection is one of the things that has lead me to this point in my life. Sounds crazy, huh? But hear me out.  In this episode I tell you my personal stories (yes plural) of rejection and how because of those incidences I was lead to start my counseling and coaching practice and launch this podcast! I hope that it inspires you to embrace rejection.

Here are a few things to think about as you shift your view of rejection:

1. Rejection is not failure.
2. Everyone faces rejection.
3. Rejection means it’s time to reroute.
4. There is nothing to be ashamed or embarrassed about!
