Jon Torpey on Building a Program

Today I go beyond the surface with Jon Torpey, the head lacrosse coach at High Point University.  Coach Torpey talks about his journey to playing D1 and professional lacrosse and the mentors who helped him along the way.  He also talks about his mindset as a coach and how he approaches helping his players.

Coach Torpey also discusses the values that he has embedded into the culture of his lacrosse team and how he empowers coaches, players, and parents.
