The Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Awards celebrates individuals making a positive impact within their communities, whatever the context. We don’t use the term ‘Winners’ in our Awards as we recognise that behind every woman or girl making a positive impact to her community is a tribe of people supporting her in different ways, and the Award is the product of a whole tribe.  This is ubuntu.
