Elijah and Elisha (40) - The Great Shunamite Woman

5/18/22 - A great woman of Shunem constrains the Elisha to eat bread with her family. She then has a little chamber constructed for Elisha to turn in for rest. Then the goodness of God blesses her with more grace.

During times of great darkness, deception, and wickedness God called and equipped two great prophets to service. By the power of God they wrought great miracles, including the first resurrections found in the Bible. They challenged the prophets of Baal, and boldly withstood the wicked kings and leaders of Israel. We pray the Lord will strengthen and encourage our hearts through the study of their lives.
