You may know Ky from Discovery's "Naked & Afraid" or "Outback Lockdown". But even if you don't recognise Ky from TV, you almost certainly have seen her work in your favourite movies.

Ky is a woman of many talents and there are so many avenues we went down in this conversation.

Ky is a world leader in survival and knows all the tricks in the book to stay alive under extreme conditions. We picked her brain on what do when faced in life threatening situations outdoors and the key elements to staying alive.

But that is easy work for Ky. She has appeared on numerous occasions on Discovery's hit TV program, Naked & Afraid. The premise? To survive 21 days in an extreme environment with a stranger. With nothing but one item at your disposal...and totally naked! Boy, does she have some stories on that!

For 16 years Ky worked in Hollywood as a leading stunt woman and how's this for a CV! Amongst over 100 blockbuster movies she has been a part of are The Avengers, Pirates of the Caribbean, White Chicks, Scooby-Doo, Thor, 2012, X-Men and Snakes on a Plane!

We heard what those experiences were like, how to get into the industry, secrets from being on set and what it's like to work with the likes of Hugh Jackman, Chris Hemsworth, Anne Hathaway, Sharon Stone and many more!
