We’re unpacking the fifth of 12 factors that determine success, which is having a desire to serve others. While I’m not encouraging you to “give away the farm” so to speak, I want you to pay close attention to what I have to say about involving others and going out of your way to serve them wholly. Evaluate the people you already work with or have relationship with and see how you can serve them. Also, whenever you meet a stranger, see if you can be proactive in serving their needs. Incubate a desire to serve others.
