Sandy Lowe: Racial Trauma and Eating Disorders

In this episode Millie chats to Sandy Lowe who is a talent scout in the international fashion industry and runs ‘Brown Skin Mermaids’ a not for profit organisation that offers free safe spaces and empowerment workshops for young black girls in Germany. They discuss her journey with Anorexia and Bulimia and how racial trauma has impacted her mental health.
