Market Close 27 Jul 21: More records tumble for the ASX 200

It was a gold medal performance for the ASX 200 as it hit new record highs. Heavyweights like financials and materials were supportive of the broader market mood while technology and health stocks lagged. There were big moves for companies releasing earnings updates ahead of the August reporting season.
