54. Types of boundaries

It's a rocky start and the mics are flying! The girls still claim professionalism. Sara extended her treadmill training to infant level from baby level! Her key to success has been consistency and finding the right time of day. The weather is still freaky and the London tube is flooding. Crazy climate times.

 

 

Switching to the love desk the science behind the dad and daughter relationship, there are some key benefits shared by the love desk this week.

 

Today the hot topic is  ..... Types of boundaries - a great subject the girls are delighted to discuss and share with. Think about fences and defences. But why do we find boundaries so difficult to maintain? If you are ready to learn more about the different types of boundaries take a listen. Sara and Anna get hot and bothered about people not using coasters on their wooden tables, it hits a raw nerve as their boundaries are violated. This falls under the material boundary but there are a few other types of boundaries to understand more about it. Sara has a flashback to life with a young family and a total lack of boundaries, it brings her out in hives. There are bound to be a few that are difficult and challenging.

 

This week the question is "Is it really possible for my wife to fall out of love with me after 12 years and five kids" there is a gasp from the girls at 5 kids! In fact, Sara is a little obsessed with the number of kids in this question .... she has total admiration for this couple. "Hell yes, this is possible."

 

Another week discussing regular everyday relationship challenges and dilemmas. The girls end with optimism and love. Stick with it, ride out the storm together with love.
