US Mid-Session 22 Dec 17: Shares revisit record highs

American markets are hovering around record highs with 70% of stocks lifting. This comes 24 hours after the biggest US tax reforms in 30 year passed Congress and signs the US economy is growing at its fastest pace in two years.
