During the episode, Lisa details that journey and tells us how, through pure hard work and determination, she rose through the ranks to become a Senior Manager at one of the leading Professional Services Network. Lisa shared her thoughts on the last 18 months, how much she values her team and how important it has been to stay in touch with them to look after their well-being while they navigate working in a pressurised virtual environment.
