Grant Stevely is the CEO of The Dubh Glas Distillery and is also a firefighter in Oliver BC Canada. Grant’s title as “CSO” (Chief Spirits Officer) is a made up title in order to poke at the big companies and their fancy “CEO” (Chief Executive Officer) titles.
