When having a to-do-list to follow your life will be soo much easier. You don’t have to wonder about what to do and you´ll stay more focused. If you’re stressed about something you’ll get closer to what you really want in your life and you’ll be able to fulfill your dreams. I have made my daily writings for years and it definitely gives me the positivity and joy I need. So I really suggest you to do the same. If you can avoid stress, do that!
