As the Cubs lost out on Plan A (Shohei Ohtani) and Plan B (Juan Soto), we look at the shenanigans leading up to Ohtani's declaration of fealty to the Dodgers, the various journalistic failures surrounding free agency so far, and what the Cubs can still do between now and spring training to get back to the postseason even though they did lose out on the big boys.
