A subject not yet broached here on One Nation Under Whisky -- Japanese whisky. Joshua has a nice 3am sit down with Chichibu distillery's very own Yumi Yoshikawa for a discussion regarding the growth of Japanese whisky via Single Malt, Pure Malt, Blends, and Rice whisky.
